5 Minute Breakfast



 This is one of my go-to breakfasts, especially seeing as though I am a student that would rather sleep than have extra time to make a proper breakfast. So if you're like me then this would be your kind of breakfast. I don't eat avocados but I know there is a big trend of avo toast so you could do that. I will probably post more variations in the future. I am a creature of habit so when I find something I like, I eat it until I'm tired of it. This breakfast was actually just meant to be almond butter with banana but I only had a sample size of the almond butter. I looked on the back to see how many servings it would be, it said 2. While buttering my first piece of toast with the almond butter, I realised that this was definitely not going to cover two pieces... I was a bit irritated but it gave me an excuse to eat my new obsession! That was the story of how I got these two pieces of toasts.


Toast 1:
Almond butter
Banana
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds

Butter toast and then spread banana on the toast, sprinkle chia and sunflower seeds over.


Toast 2:
Slithers of onion
Nutritional yeast (important for extra cheese flavour!) 
Mixed herbs
Salt
Pepper
Tomato

Spread the Sheese over the toast, then place the onion slithers over the spread. Sprinkle nutritional yeast, herbs, salt and pepper over. Finish off by placing the tomato on top.
