Summer Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:

- 2 guavas
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries

Toppings (optional):
- Chia seeds
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Kiwi
- Raspberries
- Desiccated coconut
- Mixed seeds

Method:

Allow bananas and strawberries to thaw for about 10 minutes, just so that they are not rock hard. Add everything to a blender with a splash of water, not too much otherwise it will be too runny. Blend until smooth, then transfer to a bowl and decorate.
