Vegan Tuna


Yes, you read that right, vegan tuna! 
To be honest I have actually never had real tuna before but my roommate tasted it and said it was very similar. So I am going to take her word for it, either way, it still tastes super yummy! I put mine on some rye crispbread which is a nice idea for lunch or a snack.

Ingredients:

- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1-2 Tbsp Vegan mayo*
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon spice or juice

Method:

Mash it all together with a fork or potato masher. Don't mash the chickpeas too much, they should still be chunky. Add spices to taste and mix well.
